About Me
Sheridan Brown
My name is Sheridan Brown, and I am a senior at Utah State University graduating in Spring 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication. I developed my passion for agriculture at a young age, growing up around animals and later working on an organic alfalfa farm during high school. My involvement in FFA played a major role in shaping my interest in agricultural education. While I knew I didn’t want to teach in a traditional classroom, I realized that agricultural communication would allow me to educate a broader audience and help bridge the gap between the agriculture industry and the public.
During college, I joined Sigma Alpha, a professional agricultural sorority, which further strengthened my passion and confirmed that I am on the right career path. Being surrounded by driven and passionate individuals has inspired me to continue growing both personally and professionally. I have always had a love for photography, and over time, I have developed skills in videography and graphic design, which I enjoy applying to social media and marketing communications. I am currently interning at the American West Heritage Center, where I am gaining hands-on experience in advertising campaigns and social media strategy. I consider myself hardworking, outgoing, and creative, and I am excited to pursue a career where I can advocate for and share the story of agriculture.
